Plumbers Direct are the best plumbing service we have ever dealt with - they are prompt, reliable and very accommodating (thank you, Melissa!). Josh, who has done multiple jobs for us, goes above and beyond what is required to ensure that we are completely happy with the work he has carried out. It started out with changing some leaking taps but he gave us the confidence to undertake major upgrades in our bathroom which we wouldn’t have done without a reliable and competent plumber. Plumbers Direct NSW has provided by far the best plumbing services in our 52 years at our home in North Rocks. Their staff are very professional, courteous, and above all, clean. I would thoroughly recommend their services. In particular, we have been fortunate in recent years to enjoy the services of Josh, who is excellent.

Joshua came to my place and helped me with a long standing toilet valve issue which the previously plumber couldn’t fix it but made the problem worse.He is very respectful. He took off the shoes and left them outside my place, as well as his wet jacket (it had been raining hard on the day). He is also well organized and arrived at my place within 40 min which was the promised time frame.He was very dedicated resolving the issue for me. After realizing that the water valve needs to be replaced with a new one but due to it’s unusual design an order shall be placed, he used his back up device and created a temporary solution for me so that I am no inconvenienced.Joshua holds a high level of work integrity. He had the option of not telling me the details but leave the temporary solution as it is. He honestly explained to me the situation and said “ it is a temporary solution and for me it is obviously not the right thing to do.”The statement was impressive. I would rate Joshua the most skillful and dedicated plumber with the highest ethical standards, from my personal experience for all these years.

I recently used Plumbers Direct for a kitchen renovation. They were a pleasure to deal with. Great communication, always on time and they left the place absolutely spotless after each visit. Would highly recommend them and will certainly use them again.
