Tom has been fantastic. My house is in a lot of disrepair, it's old and not in good shape and Tom has given so much time to talk over options with me and my family. I am living alone, I am elderly, and he has been kind and patient. He has been very honest and upfront, telling us what is best for our situation rather than just seeking unnecessary work (almost talking himself out of work!). He was not pushy at all and his assessment of the work to be done was completely honest. He listened to what we wanted to achieve and came up with workable and cost effective solutions. We are very happy with Tom and would recommend him to anyone looking to get work done, ranging from simple maintenance through to major reconstructions.He is very considerate and reliable and after dealing with so many different types of tradespeople over the years, he is refreshing! A good one!Definitely goes above and beyond and he took photos to show my family currently in lock-down interstate and they say he's done a fantastic job working with what's there in a cost effective way!
