Nike Chatswood

Great Customer service! With ADVANCED knowledge in products which helped me in making the right decision with my purchase. Even though the store was busy every staff member managed to attend to customers needs. EXCEPTIONAL if you ask me. GREAT EXPERIENCE!

Went into the store to get basketball shoes for my son. They didn’t have the size & requested a pair to be transferred in from the city store. A week later, Chatswood store rang to say the city store has sent through only one of the shoes in the box. The store manager (Tim – hope I got it right) took extra steps after hours to try and sort it out for me. Unfortunately he had limitations as to what he could do & was also not able to get the appropriate cooperation from the team that made the mistake. I ended up going into the city to pick up that one shoe. The store gave me the shoe without any wrapping at all. Went into Chatswood store to pick up the other shoe & the box. Was greeted by Tim with repeated apologies and a surprise gift voucher to thank me for going to the city to pick up the shoe by myself. I was really impressed with Tim’s service and attitude. Definitely not impressed at all with the team that made the mistake. It’s not great to make mistake but it’s even worse not trying to fix your own error. All the best of luck Chatswood store!!!

My partner bought a pair of shoes several days ago from them, but later that day, she felt the heel side was a little too soft which made her uncomfortable. This morning , she went back to return the shoes and hoped to get some store credit or refund. What the staff there did,No Refund

While I was happy with the service I received, the staff didn’t know the product. Making every effort to help was great, but as a past employee of Nike in Melbourne and only ever wearing Nike, I found the lack of product knowledge, not only with myself, but other customers I witnessed in store, to be below expectations for Nike employees. This would also include the manager.Thanks for the help, however the knowledge needs to improve. More time online learning materials is a must

Worst Nike store ever. The staff are very unpleasant. No one assisted me and I can't even refund the item that I purchased. Also, they don't have much stuff there.I been there quite some times before but this shop is much worse now. Now I know why everytime I pass this shop there's always no customer. Worst experience in Nike shop ever. Won't come back there again.

Went in yesterday for track shoes and they didn’t have them but the staff were friendly and helpful. The male staff member helped me to check the other stores range and gave me some advice. Hopefully they get track shoes at Chatswood! Will come back in the future!

Not impressed with the quality of my shoes I bought here. I bought a pair of runners from here a year ago and the sole is falling off already. I haven't had this happen with any other shoes I have owned in such a short amount of time. When I asked them about this they filled out an online application for faulty shoes which apparently is covered inside a 2 year window if the shoes are deemed faulty and not simply 'wear and tear'. They have come back to me and said they wont be backing their product and issuing a repair or replacement. This is disappointing and i expected more from such a respected company. My next pair of shoes will not be Nike after this experience unless they can get back to me about it and actually stand behind their products.

Very limited range but staff are knowledgeable and friendly

Store was very busy when I came, but the staff still made sure to look after me. I was pleasantly surprised by how knowledgeable the staff were about the shoes. I love my epic reacts! Definitely coming back!
