1 year on after CARLY completely ruined my hair l am still battling to grow out ALL the damage CARLY caused to my hair. It will take YEARS & YEARS. CARLY took it upon herself to grab a pair of scissors and just start stripping all the way along the lengths from the crown down & that was after she fried it from Way over bleaching. (I discussed with her very CLEARLY my hair is fine so just keep it natural with a tiny trim along the ends) On top of this when l called Carly at the salon for urgent assistance she refused to get back to me when suds were coming out of my hair & l couldn’t get a comb through it & felt like it was just all going to fall off. When l finally made contact after three days & now non stop ringing in the end Carly was very abusive yelling swearing threatening &fighting with me. Zero care factor!!!! Disgusting behaviour especially from Pregnant woman. She did nothing to help. This person has completely ruined my Beautiful long hair & not a day goes by that l don’t furiously think of what she has done when l have to try & do my hair. DO NOT LET CARLY NEAR YOUR HAIR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Some people should NOT be permitted to be in these professions at all. Devastated furious

My friend got her hair done at this place and payed $400 for a service that did not achieve anywhere near what she asked for. The employees made her feel uncomfortable and made rude comments to her
