The baguettes used to be fresh and crispy and now they are consistently soft and stale. Recently tried Roll’d and Bateau Bay and the baguettes were perfect. If you have changed suppliers please change back as a fresh baguette is the most important part to a good roll.

I payed $14.50 for a chicken rice bowl, which had plain rice and less chicken than one of the sushi rolls from the Tokyo sushi. Very disappointed!

Best food ever, I love the bowl of beef pho with lemon and chilli, rice paper rolls, and peach iced tea but everything is great, nice salads, vegetable spring rolls and polite service, I love going here.

Refused to make an item that is clearly advertised on the menu, very rude staff. The store’s phone is turned off, I’m assuming this is so they cannot accept complaints.

Ordered 2 of the Banh Mi rolls today with extrq pork crackle.The rolls were disappointing as they had none or very minimal patè and mayonnaise. The salad component was also lacking. Overall, it was difficult to digest as it was too dry.What a poor lunch....will not be back!
