Would give Rob and the team 10 stars if I could!!With Rob from RJG group we completed a full house renovation consisting of internal demolition and removal of a wall, kitchen, laundry, powder room, bathrooms, bedrooms, flooring and paint. There was not one corner of the house left untouched in this renovation.From the moment I met Rob during the quoting process, I knew he would be the builder of choice for my renovation. I'd met with many others and Rob was by far the most thorough, thoughtful, trustworthy and professional builder.The quoting process was comprehensive and detail-oriented which meant we had a solid quote and scope of works for the entire project. Working through the design and finishes selection was a breeze and we felt supported and encouraged the whole time.When it came to the renovation work, Rob and the team worked extremely hard and produced results of the highest quality. The attention to detail in their work really shows in all aspects of the house.The renovation was finished ahead of time and with excellent quality. I have recommended Rob from RJG Group to all of my family and friends for any building/renovation projects.

What can we say what a professional Rob and his team are. We had our bathroom refurbished and couldn’t be happier. Marco who is the Site Manager is also professional and very approachable answered all our questions and was on site everyday. We had our ensuite bathroom renovated by RJG, completed last week. We are very happy with the new bathroom. Rob and the team work professionally and efficiency to complete the project on time with the best possible quality. They gave us very good and clear communication and always support during the process.Besides, we were able to have things the way we wanted, along with Rob's professional advise. Rob and Marco and the rest of the team just completed the reno in Early April 2023 of our Main bathroom, toilet, ensuite and Laundry.We now have our dream bathrooms and Laundry, its like a high end Hotel!Rob told us that the job would take 3 weeks, and sure enough 3 weeks after starting it was all done!Along the way we were kept up to date and always informed each day with progress reports. Anytime we were unsure of anything or needed small tweeks along the way it was never an issue for Rob and his team!All the trades were prompt and professional at all times and made sure to clean up after themeselves at the end of each day.Most importantly the finished results were perfect, so much so we will be keeping in touch with the guys about our next big reno - the Kitchen!We would 100% recomend Rob, Marco and the team for any Renovations our family and friends are considering in the future.Cheers Adrian and Michelle.

Tried to get Rob to come out and give a quote on our bathroom renovation. Heard nothing for a week before I finally got a hold of Rob. When asked if he could come out and give a quote was told I'm not in front of my scheduler so I'll have to call you back" Two days later still have not received a call back. After so many good reviews was really hoping to get good service but RJG Group have definitely lost a customer here."

I am doing my house renovation with Rob. Including 2 bathrooms, 1 laundry, internal and external paint plus new timber floor. Very happy with the works and the guys are moving faster than the initial schedule. His project manager Marco is fun to work with. Highly recommended.
