Professional, friendly service! Would recommend.

This company was sent by the insurance company to sort out the damage after the January hail storm in Canberra. They have been fantastic. Always very pleasant guys, always on time, and couldn't do enough to make us happy. The two guys who came today (Andrew and Tony), refitted our newly dry-cleaned lounge-room curtains, and were exceptional. It was a very fiddly job, but they did it with ease, and with a smile.

Highly professional and empathetic. Spent over a month working with them after the flood at the ANU. They were responsive and provided excellent advice on humidity and water impact on our collections.

They use alot of electricity and do not give you enough back to cover it through insurance. They are also very clumsy. Broke a few things in the house.. only replacing one thing. Highly do not recommend!

Will never go back to them. Some years back had a house fire and they didn't return a lot of my stuff that they took. Thieving effers. I want my Persian rug back u thieves. I've tried to get this sorted repeatedly but they never get back to me

Steamatic team recently did a job at our warehouse.Stock was water damaged. I found them extremely professional. Their work ethics, handling AND duty of care was praiseworthy. Jason manager was extremely helpful and organised how they dealt with stock movement. Professionally dealt with individual items and placed them extremely in professional way.I didn't had to worry about anything . I must say they deserved more than 5 star.

So funnily enough I looked at the last review for steamatic here in Canberra and it sounds extremely familiar. Nrma gave them a lot of our things to restore" after we'd had a house fire not only didn't we get back like half of our stuff but the rest I swear they'd just wrapped up and not cleaned in anyway and then had the nerve from nrma to charge us out of our contents payout at a huge cost of thousands of dollars. Don't go here. We'd called them repeatedly to get our stuff returned to us but they never get back to u. This is the most unprofessional place we've ever had the displeasure of having to deal with. I want my things back or I guess I will have to send u my common law claim of thieft. I've tried to find out where particularly my rug went for several years now but they're so cowardly they won't even call me back."

If you want a job half done, then call Strammatic!They were hired by NRMA to clean up our house after a flood caused by Sydney water, they came out twice in February to clean up, took away half the damaged belongings said they would be back in 2 weeks and never came back. We had to get NRMA to organise them to come back, which wasn’t till September. So if you want half a job done, Strammatic are you first call!

Extremely professional and upfront. Attended with 24 hours after being advised and attened every 2nd day to check on progress. Called ahead before attending and kept to agreed upon time. Also have amazing machinery for the job.
