Energy Efficient Builder TasmaniaOur beautiful 7 Star Energy Rated home was designed and built last year by Rowan Reynolds and his fantastic team of Architect and Trades.It was so easy.Rowan managed the entire build, from Design and Planning Application, to handing over our beautiful, warm, quiet, solar passive, energy efficient home.It’s hard to find a builder in Tasmania who will manage the whole process.Rowan did everything - guided us through the Design Process,applied for all the Permits, submitted all the paperwork, handled all the hard stuff and kept us updated while we were stuck in covid lockdown.We signed a fixed price contract before work commenced which gave us enormous price of mind.The ground works started in June and we moved in February.The build took only 9 months!We are totally blown away by the Energy Efficiency.We watch on as other houses in Kettering light their wood fires, we rarely have any heating on.We have all day sun in the Winter and the large eaves ensure we have no sun inside the house in the hotter months.Our home is beautiful, warm, comfortable and quiet.We love living in our Reynolds home.Matthew and Donna AndersonKettering TAS
