This place has been going for decades.. guess they know what hardware and nik naks people want and need then some... it's not like you have a bunnings or ho.e hardware close by so your dollar is going to be worth less here than at bunnings and they know it ..everything here is full retail ..don't know if the extra gouge on your wallet goes towards community projects but it should this is a major business...Staff are pretty straight and would look at you rather than offer personal customer service...lots of Chinese cheap throw away after one use stuff..just the way they like it

Simply the best ! I have always had a brilliant shopping experience here. Staff are helpful, available, friendly and knowledgeable. Range is compact but great. Honestly the service at this Mitre 10 puts any other Bunnings shopping trip I've had to shame....there is no comparison. Respect to these guys! Thank you

Had the pleasure of going to Mitre 10 for a few supplies for a friends holiday house that we fixed a few odd jobs. The staff were great particularly Ian in the paint section. Mission brown paint was spot on Ian thanks for the advice.
