They've got a collection of experienced and professional coaches covering all bases (BJJ, Boxing, Muay Thai, Wrestling, MMA and Strength & Conditioning) all under one roof.It doesn't stop there, there's a sauna for recovery/weight cuts, a gaming station for relaxation/improve your hand-eye coordination, a smoothie bar to recharge/reward yourself and the occasional puppy on site for a little extra love. Clean and well equipped gym perfect for people looking for self defence or fitness training

Professional staffs and the kids program is amazing. My son and his mates have been training in the ninja kid program for over a year now and the trainers are professional and really great with the kids. Don't miss out !!

No frills MMA gym. Professional coaches and amazing lessons. Very clean and all necessary facilities offered. Highly recommended!

Emerge MMA gym is bespoke in their quality of trainers and programs. I've been a member at multiple chain gyms in Sydney, but can't name anything memorable.All the coaches at Emerge are professional, welcoming and will cater to individual needs. I don't train any martial arts, so have been doing strength and conditioning classes, and looking forward to yoga starting soon.There is a sauna and smoothie bar too! I've also seen a few clients/staff play on the Xbox and watch the UFC. Not only is this a facility for training, but also for socialising and engaging. I have never felt or looked fitter and taken in thanks to the team at Emerge!

As a day 1 member, I have had an incredible experience with this gym. The high quality of training and facilities as well as friendly staff it offers makes it an amazing place for all your needs whether it be fitness goals or wanting to compete. Can't wait to see the further improvements this place will make in the near future to become one of the top fitness facilities in Sydney!

I have really enjoyed my training within the Strength and conditioning program coached by Matt Cass.As someone with a vision impairment, it has been a privilege to be accepted by the whole team at such a world class facility like Emerge MMA.
