My partner & I have been seeing Addika for almost a year now. We get regular remedial massages as my job involves a lot of heavy lifting & my partner has an injured back. Addika not only resets & loosens our muscles but she also helps us keep them that way by working out what trigger points, tasks and habits we are doing daily that makes the muscles tight.We also attend Addikas morning classes which we find a fantastic way to get us up early in the morning and keep a regular stretching, meditation & exercise routine each week.Addika has a very warm and welcoming personality which makes you feel very comfortable and well looked after in her care. Firstly i would like to Welcome Gayle to the business Addika Therapies. 10 months ago i recieved my first ever message from Addika, the place felt like heaven and so relaxing she was very gentle and calming. Now Gayle has joined i thought to give her a shot. Gayle has her own space that is very colourful and realxing. Gayle is very gentle and liked to get her calming hands into the stressful points , i felt so relaxed after treameant with her. I did the Saturday morning movement meditation with Addika. I loved the space and the content of the class. I found Addika very knowledgable and caring. I felt comfortable to really connect in with my body. I floated out of the class and had a wonderful day. I look forward to coming again!

I always have a positive experience when I visit Addika for my remedial massages. I spend a lot of time doing office based work and need to visit her regularly to help reduce neck and shoulder tension and prevent headaches.
