After having surgery on my lower back twice in one year, my local GP recommended I go to Beleura Health Solutions in Hastings.I was very impressed from my first appointment. My Physiotherapist is Ryan. The professional guidance, exercise plans and overall genuine interest to achieve a full recovery was outstanding. Brilliant service throughout with a great result.I would highly recommend Ryan and all the friendly staff.

Tore my ACL at work. I am in defence they gave me inadequate treatment for the first month. This set me back in my recovery . After being referred to Beleura I started seeing Lachlan who was amazing , after a few months he caught me back up in my recovery. He was very knowledgeable and caring. He created a great program to get me back on track which I could do in my daily routine. I am now 5 months post opp and feel I’m on the path to full recovery. Any one who has suffered an injury and require Physio I definitely recommend Lachlan as he is very professional and great at his job.

As a professional fire fighter that isn’t getting younger, the team here have always gone above and beyond, including organising a Physio in Tasmania for me whilst on holidays.I also have a 9yo daughter who does a lot of gymnastics, they have provided advice and really looked after her taking time to explain everything so she would understand.Well done all.

As a competition focussed mountain biker with a chronic history of knee, hip and back troubles due to shift work and football I have constantly had issues with knees and hamstrings whilst cycling, and during recovery. Lachlan and his team have advised me on numerous occasions on how to prepare and recover from races appropriately and also strategies to maintain ongoing flexibility, and increasing strength during the off season. I, and my liver, thank you for no longer requiring ANY ibuprofen when competing, training or recovering. Highly recommended.

Amazing physio’s! Been seriously searching for a great place for years! Being a bowler in cricket, shoulders where shot and the front knee was constantly playing up! Didn’t magically happen over night but sticking to the program that Lachlan and his team gave me .... I can say I’m back bowling quick and pain free!!! Thanks heaps you amazing team!
