Mabel, our property manager is very nice, welcoming and professional person. She gets onto things straight away when reported. She tried her best to get everything fixed, we mentioned on the inspection time and tried to go in all the details and gave us the property condition report on time. Would recommend her and top realty.

I was a buyer at that time and had came across with Raymond w Top Realty, as the seller listed their property with him.We did not feel welcomed at the same time Raymond made us feel we did not have the money so he couldn't care less to spend more effort to help us negotiate with the seller, instead he is more trying to push us nor was he offering alternative property for us to explore.He straightaway just gave us a phrase '800k is the minimum of what you're looking at in Willeton'(that's in 2018, which the market was at a low, the house wasnt sold in very short time either).Not to mention, he booked an appointment for others to view the same house right after us and made sure we are not late etc etc. All in all, we really feel we are just a number to Top Realty and also feel that they don't value us as a potential buyer.We went to the stage of counteroffering, which Raymond was very firm and the attitude was it's take it or leave it. We then offered even lower than we care for as the seller/Raymond refused to take a step back. We were very keen, if met half way, we were going to take it. Even if the seller doesn't want to consider, we still expect good customer service.We have the money, we do not need to beg anyone to buy their house. If we have to put up with attitude, and not being offered a friendly customer service when we are spending more than half a mil!! Then no, having the bad taste in our mouth, if you are too busy and couldnt care less, we will just look else where.If you do have to come across with Top Realty as buyer, maybe can request for other representative if possible. We DO NOT recommend Raymond.
