During our 20 year partnership, they have provided professional, friendly, and outstanding customer services and assisted us with our implementation and migration of documents to the cloud via SharePoint and ensured our hardware and network requirements were updated and secure.We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a high performing IT services team.

Unfortunately that I had to leave this review to warn people who might be interested in engaging Techpath. I have experienced extremely good service and very capable technicians on site who found out what is wrong with our IT that no one else found in the past, but at the same time experienced the changed in staff which resulted in excessive charges that was not communicated prior to work carried out. I have spent more than 20k to set up an entire new set up, the initial communication was great, the technician who set it up was great. Sadly we started encountering issues months in and only to find the technician who set it up has left and unfortunately the people who picked up the work was no where as good. I see other reviews raving about their services, I DID have that, but not anymore.
