My favourite place to get a workout in but also regularly come in early and hang back after because of the friendships that I’ve made with both the members and all the trainers. Would recommend this studio because it’s more than just a gym. Owners take the time to understand your needs and trainers know what they’re doing, been coming for years and don’t see myself leaving any time soon

One word describes this place - legendary. The trainers are amazing and this place never fails to disappoint. Classes are entertaining and MUSIC is next level. Love the vibe and how well the place is presented for each class. While some call this a place to train, for me it has been like my own community. Highly recommended!

I have been to few F45s in Melbourne and this is the best studio I have ever experienced. Ham & Josh have created so much positive vibe that keep makes you coming back again, and again. Above all, it feels like a small community of people who are driven by motivation and healthy lifestyle.

At F45 noble park All the trainers are super nice and helpful no matter what fitness level you’re at. I drive past 4 or 5 other studios to get to Noble Park it’s that good. Have been coming for 3+ years now and don’t see myself leaving anytime soon!

I've only been attending F45 classes for a month, but I'm already hooked. I'd heard great things about the Noble Park F45 team before joining, but they've surpassed all my expectations. The trainers are fantastic and provide constant motivation and encouragement. Even though I'm a new mom juggling a 6-month-old baby and a full-time job, I never want to miss a class because the community is so welcoming, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. In my opinion, it's the best place to workout in Melbourne, and I'm so grateful to have found it! ❤️

Where do I even start! This really isn’t just a gym, it’s a family. I really appreciate the kindness and respect I received when I first joined fresh off a super rough period in my life, they weren’t pushing me to join and were happy to have me as casual for a little while. Wasn’t sure if the F45 format was for me initially either but they have proved time and time again that they are willing to work alongside their members to help them achieve their individual fitness goals as well. Kind of obsessed with the F45 format now too! Love the variety! The team really are invested in the members and it shows. Vibe is 10/10! Thanks guys ✌️

I started F45 Noble Park one year and a half ago and it has been the only gym I’ve been able to stick to for this long and this is thanks to the incredible trainers who always motivate you and help you reach your goals but also thanks to the amazing community that F45 Noble Park has created!Highly recommend it!
