Customer service was just great cheap used products for great prices everything you need clothes linen curtains little treasures some furniture toys shoes household item. Very clean shop and heaps of carparks. Good on you guys. Thanks

Purchased a blanket, paid for it, store lady folded it. Noticed it had bleach mark. I have vision issues. They refused refund. Insisted i swap it for something of same price. I have been donating for 20plus years. NOT ANYMORE.

Such a great store, all the workers are so lovely, going above and beyond to help people in need.

Friendly staff and a wide variety of goods. I always look in when in the area. Sometimes you can find interesting items that people have donated. Pricing can be a bit high considering the goods are donated free of charge to them Fair enough on the new retail stock they sell which isn't donated.

Cheap place to pick up some good buys, if you don't mind secondhand goods. Pleasant staff. I was in there today 13th July 2020,some lowlife had pilfered a Dvd that was only 2 bucks.

Sometimes they have good DVDs and bric a brac. But lately their prices are insane for an op shop, you could do better with new products at Kmart, for example, $15 for handbags or hats that aren't designer ones. Also, they don't like to refund items, they will give exchange only (which is against the law, by the way). I have decided not to shop there anymore due to the terribly high prices for very ordinary goods and no refund policy (at least Kmart does proper refunds of money). Considering the area is a low income area, I don't know what they are smoking. The Lalor mall Salvos has much better prices and goods. I was laughed at by a volunteer for suggesting the prices were too high for low income people in the area. I am donating goods elsewhere from now on as well, as I don't believe in supporting a 'charity' shop like this that enjoys ripping off its local community.

This is the third time I shop here I am interesting to find ornaments for gardens or little statues.. FIRST was pretty great the guy served me and he careful used paper to protect my ornaments before putting in the bag. Second time The lady served she didn't put paper to protect my little ornaments. Third time She did the same didn't put my little ornaments in a paper to protect.. Little things is important. Good shop. cheap. there's was a medium statues I saw last week it's gone I really back for that. I bet the store really doing ok. Alot more to see.
