The waitress did not take the right order which I showed her things I would like from the APP and asked her about first responders day discount, presented my work ID with clear workplace, my picture, full name and position. I received the food and requested to check, the waitress checked the order and said that what I ordered and stated they requested a QR code to have first responders day discount which why I did not receive any discount. ARA clearly states 'We are asking First Responders to bring a Photo ID that shows their work identity. Alternatively, they can shop in their work uniform (including cap or top), or provide proof of identity through online platforms like email or member portal. This will ensure retail staff can adequately identify the customer’s eligibility.' If she explained before I pay and double check the order would be much appreciated, but no explanation when I asked and denied the mistake of wrong order.

Need to employ some people other than kids. Over 20 minutes to order through the drive thru then finally receive my meal to see more oil and grease on it than what’s in the deep fryer. Poor effort.

Crunchy fried chicken was delicious, 1 piece out of the 8 was pretty dry though.They only had 1 person serving the counter so service was pretty slow.The tables were also pretty dirty and not wiped down, we had to ask for paper to wipe it ourselves so we could sit down to eat.

The burger and chicken I ordered was nice, but the rooster roll felt like it had been microwaved, was hard and crusty. Service was fast, friendly counter staff.

I have made a complaint to this place maybe 1year ago and not been back until tonight and will not be back again. I ordered a tropical and asked for thigh and also asked for a small crunchy slaw. What I got was: few chips, dry and burnt chicken drum stick of it hung a skin that once was attached to the thigh that I didn't get but what I got is a handful of serviettes and cutlery. Will I be back again? No, never!!

Visited Red Rooster for the first time to try out their new recipe of fried chicken, which my Filipino friends claim to be “close to the famous Jollibee fast-food chicken in the Philippines”. I guess it's 90% correct depends on who cooks it. The first time I tried the fried chicken in store, it tasted meh. The second time tried fried chicken again with delivery, it was good.The Carlton store is small but nicely presented. The staff are very friendly and polite. It’ll be better if customers can see the ordered items on the cashier screen and be given receipts.

After 8 minutes I made my order, then It took another 23 mins before I received it.In fairness to the girl out front, she had to deal with 3 or 4 delivery drivers, while serving at the counter, while taking drive through orders.She deserves a raise and a commendation for keeping the place running under so much pressure, all the while not showing any outward stress.
