Low back and hip pain is a constant issue for me as an office worker - Jason Sterling took the pain away. I highly recommend anyone with sports injuries or pain from office work...go see Jason he is very experienced and gets you moving without pain again.

No more niggles is the best by far I have been going since they opened as a hairdresser I need a lot of fixing to keep me working its more than s masssge thea fixes me and the treatment advise she gives me to work on in between visits is invaluable to my well being so i would say the team at no more niggles will help any one that has niggles that need to be fix

No more niggles is the best massage service that I can find on the coast. Being an elite athlete and finding someone I can trust to be professional and knowledgeable is very important. Thea and the team are all lovely and I couldn't ask for a better service.
