The lady (Carol - If i am not wrong) been so helpful and kind to me. She is very informative , helpful. I was very happy with her customer service. Her smile make you feel comfortable....

I was extremely disappointed in the attitude of the coordinator. When I asked for assistance in printing off a receipt, (as I am not very tech savvy) she told me to go to Officeworks. I understand staff need to be careful because of covid however 6 or so staff we not attending customers and could have offered advice from a distance. Eventually I was able to print receipt with the help (distant)of Scott, a member of staff who saw my plight. It seems strange that many of the clientele would be aged and in a similar situation to me. Surely coordinators set a standard of care and service.

Arrived on A Friday morning at 8.40. No waiting. Friendly greeting. Even pulled out the chair for me to sit down. Efficient. Very happy. Well done.

The lady at the front desk was very rude and belittling, I was quite shocked with how she spoke to customers. She ended up changing her attitude when she saw the elderly lady I was with had started crying from anxiety and being overwhelmed. It shouldn't have to get to that point to be treated with respect and understanding. A different lady called Francis was absolutely fantastic though and was very helpful.

I was shocked at how rude one of the staff was to me. I can’t imagine it’s a great job and I don’t ever expect much but I just had one questions out enrolling and she wouldn’t even listen to me. She’d just interrupt and say apply online. I was trying to say Okay, I don’t have all the documents needed what should I do? But she wouldn’t let me get that far.

I went to this Medicare office to claim my surgery fee. The lady stopped me at the front door, only wrote down my Medicare card number, and then told me the COVID time they don’t provide any services. The question is: Why is the office open and not providing services? Why not provide service and need customer ID number? This is the work of the government, and this is the reason.Also, the lady said people should stay home shouldn’t come to their office.

I'm on the phone and I have been waiting 1hr 30mins and still waiting, I'm sure they have a sweepstake to see how long you will stay on line before you hang up.
