Peter at the Beds For Backs Yarraville Store that was highly recommended by my OT was very friendly, helpful service to guide me through to the right bed for me through an NDIS Package. He went above and beyond by setting up the bed initially and then I went back to see Peter 3 months later when I sold my house to enquire about how difficult the bed would be to move and set up, and he volunteered his services to move the bed and set it up again. I'm not one to usually leave a review, but I had to in this circumstance.I went into this store looking for a new mattress without much idea and walked out with so much information and a new mattess. I have been very impressed pretty much from day one. Peter came to my house the very next day for a slight adjustment and I no longer wake up stiff or in pain. Bought a bed for my elderly mother!Amazing service from Peter - he sure knows his beds and the contours of our bodies and where the pressure should be. First we spoke on the phone and immediately realised we needed a more in depth conversation. Peter waited late in the afternoon for when we could get in there. He answered every question we had, didn't try and oversell what we didn't need, was friendly and not overly 'salesy'. You can tell Peter has a genuine interest and passion in his work. He then phoned when our order was in, booked a delivery time, phoned to confirm before he arrived, built our bed and set-up our slats for each of our sides to suit. Then 2 weeks later Peter followed up with a phone call and offered to return again if we needed further assistance. He genuinely wanted to make a difference. Thanks so much Peter for having us understand, make the right choices and make it seem easy.

My wife and I popped into the Yarraville store and were warmly greeted by Peter. He was extremely polite and friendly. Peter was a wealth of knowledge when it came to explaining all the different aspects and benefits of the ergonomic beds in store.
