Spotted this cute little bakery @parisianbaker in Essendon.They offer savories and cakes and of course we could not stop ourselves from trying some.So here is what we tasted and how we liked them:Savories- Almond croissant - super delicious with crunchy almonds on top- Fresh pear pastry - this is the chef’s creation pastry with peat slices in the centre- Quiches - they have a variety of quiches and we tried the veggie and bacon quiche.Sweets- Cheesecake - this has a hint of lime and is refreshing - Chocolate dome - this is a small chocolate dome shaped cake with caramel filled inside- Bounty - inspired by bounty chocolate, this had coconut and chocolate and is amazing in tasteThe other popular one they have is the orange cake. All of these come in full cake size and slices.They also serve amazing coffee.So if you are in or around the area, you should definitely visit and try some of our favorites.

I was recommended to visit this bakery by a friend and it one of the best bakeries I've sampled by far! Walked into a bustling shop front with plenty of staff at the ready and options as far as the eye could see.Settled on the escargot, jam beignet and strawberry tart. All of which were of an exceptionally high quality. Light and fluffy dough and pastry full of flavor with nothing artificial. Next time I'm in that end of town I will be sampling again in future.

Coffee is strong blend that gives you that extra kick in the morning. You don’t need to get the strong option.Their croissants are heavenly. If I wasn’t watching my health, I’ll probably eat five at on go.The place is clean and staff are helpful. I highly recommend you to visit in the morning.

Been to this place a few times over the years and it never disappoints. Bought the chocolate bounty cake for my son's birthday and all my guests were impressed. The cake was not too sweet and full of flavour. Really liked the combination of the mousse and the crunchy coconut crumb.

Have to say: Smoked Salmon Quiche is the best if you want that - you need to grab it before 10! Trust me, otherwise you missed out. Lemon curb is my fav. Come here and treat yourself.

Fabulous pastries n cakes. I would recommend a few things, especially classic baguette, almond croissant, berry danish, all the donuts and quiches.AND Don’t forget to have the coffee.They serve high quality single origin coffee.I prefer pour over and cold brew depend on the weather.Um.. I’m craving to those now.
