This shop is my go to for great fish and chips. Owner/cook is always so friendly despite clearly being under the pump and the fish is always great (I get mine grilled and it’s always been delicious). My partner also highly rates their souvlakis.

Best I've had in town so far. Everything was really crispy and delish. I tried a bunch is the area, even that big blue building in Coburg. Traditional Fish & Chips is way cheaper than that one and taste better.Update: Have come by multiple times, even grabbed a burger combo. They are consistently really good, have not disappointed me once.

After living here for 5 years & not quite finding the right traditional Fish n chip shop in the Coburg and Pascoe Vale area, I found good reviews on this place and had to give it a try. Flake and chips were good portions and not too greasy, my son smashed his burger in no time and asked for another the next day. Excellent price and friendly staff. I agree with many others - this is the best traditional ‘no frills’ Fish n chip shop in the area - I’ll be back !!

First time customer. Last time customer. Thought I would try them out. Everything cooked OK, but the medium chips" was smallest serve of chips I've ever received. Not even a "small" serves worth."

We've been passing plenty of fish & chip shops over time to get to this, our favourite Friday take out. However the price of our usual order has risen by $10 over the last 6 months and therefore no longer represents good value given the lengthy drive to get there. The final straw this week was missing items from our pack, a miserly portion of chips and tiny mussels priced $1.40 each. Sadly it's time to move on but thanks for being so good for so long.

I happened upon this place for the first time several months ago when attending the post office in the same strip, and I have been buying my meals there at least monthly ever since. The fish in this shop is very generously portioned, and always delicious. I can vouch for the flake and the whiting, I prefer fried (nice and crunchy) but one of my family members has the grilled flake. Since my first order, I have chosen to telephone my orders through, and it is always ready for pickup within 15 to 20 minutes. The large garden salad (lettuce, tomato, cucumber, green capsicum, onion and dressing) is very refreshing and prepared on the spot. Very friendly proprietor. A pleasure to order from there.

I bought some flake from here that was so thinly cut that I felt ripped off. Usually bettered fish is quite thick, but the fish I received were cut in half to appear to look like a full fish looking from above until you pick it up to see it has been cut in half.Very deceptive! And cutting fish in half to get double the price for one fish is corrupt.The cook also took his time taking my order. He walked past me not saying anything and returned 3 minutes later. He returned to answer phone orders (stil not addressing my presence) and kept me waiting another 5 minutes.I finally spoke up and said Are you going to take my order or should I leave?"I felt discriminaed by being ignored by this business

The best fish and chip shop in my opinion!We get a piece of special flake each almost every week since going there a few years ago.The fried dim Sims are also my favourite, so crispy.Not once has there been any problems with the food or the service.I always ring shop and place my order and they tell you how long it will take to cook.Staff are friendly

Best fish and chips in the area by far. Well priced and absolutely delicious!The man who owns the shop is absolutely fantastic and was happy to accomodate any requests.Definitely our new go-to for fish and chips and wait to go back! 10/10.
