Kryal Castle

I usually love stuff like this but to be honest my overall feeling was it was just boring. There was hardly anything to actually do that you didn't have to pay for, and instead of having anything actually interesting about medieval life or society, everything was focused on fake magic and dragon stuff. Most of the places were just more stuff to buy. Overall just a bit lame, has the potential to be good but I got the impression it isn't what it used to be. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone personally and won't be going back.

I went with my family to the Festival of Magic and it was a really wonderful and exciting experience. Everyone had a wonderful time and experienced so many things including a quest during our 5 hours that we were there.Everyone was so lovely!The tavern food was quite pricey which was the only downfall of the entire experience.

Amazing place. I honestly can not say enough about how fantastic the staff are.The room we stayed in was awesome. Clean neat & very comfortable with stunning views.The dinning was superb.DO NOT miss out on the breakfast feast.The events throughout the day were incredible.All the shops, activities & other attractions are simply perfect.Making the time to get to Kryal Castle will do disappoint.I would truly recommend staying at least one night to experience the Castle at night time, DEFINITELY worth while.

Visited Kryal Castle for Mother’s Day. Lots to do and the wife particularly liked the axe throwing.Easy way to spend the morning and have someFun. The attractions if you have kids are more aimed at the young tweens type who I feel would enjoy it more.Although still plenty for the little ones to run around and burn some energy.Overall a great morning out.

My husband and I attended the Unicorn Festival and had an amazing time. We felt very accepted and welcome even though we didn't go with any children. All the staff were lovely, especially the lady at the slushie stall. The attention to detail in the park was great, which made exploring very exciting. We felt like the king and queen on the unicorns.

First off... Absolutely amazing. The shows are brilliant the theme and feel are great. It's a bigger park than what I thought. Staff absolutely wonderful. Price to the park for myself and my daughter was $60, now this is where price gouging starts, if you want to do anything extra like shoot 12 arrows it will cost you $10. If you want tiny face paint $10, hair flower $15, sugar water $10, elf ears $15 (eBay $3). Food was expensive. I think they need to back down from gouging people and charging for things like shooting a couple of arrows. Don't get me wrong it was amazing but parents on a budget, bring your own food and drink buy elf ears online and bring them with you so the kids don't feel left out. Bottle of water $5. All staff were really nice and helpful full props for them. You can tell they don't like charging outrageous prices for things that you would think would be included in the $60 entry fee.

What a great place to stay and visit!We stayed for the Mothers Day Festival and had a fabulous time, my nephew even was sent on a quest which he loved and we felt very spoilt by all the team at Kryal Castle that helped make his day even better.Rooms were great, heaters were on when we walked into the room which was a welcome touch! Great place to take the family and stay the night.The jousting, the bars, the potion class and all the little stores and shows were fabulous.

I thought this would be a little corny but actually really enjoyed myself. A lot of effort has been put into the castle and towers. Really focused at the kids but lots to see and understand for adults too. Had fun on the torture devices and giggles with the headstones.

Went for Questival event, where everyone attending dressed as Wizards, Warlocks, Rangers and Rogues. It was a wonderful time, full of quests and frivolity and Kryal Castle was the perfect location. As we arrived fog rolled in over the castle, creating a magical and mysterious atmosphere amidst the towers and cobblestones.
