Unwilling to help out! Incompetent company! They do not know the difference between Wentworthville and Wentworth...that is why My package went to a totally different suburb and all I get from them is sorry we cannot help you! Hahaha thanks for the big help!Please think twice before you get involve with this company!

WARNING DO NOT USE. I am writing this on bahalf of my wifes business. We have been using them for over 18 months and to be honest that last 3 months have been the worst. Currently we are looking at legal action against this company. My wife has customers calling her daily angry that their orders have not been dispatched. Orders that were placed over 2 weeks ago are still sitting at the warehouse. My wife has attempted to contact them over 8 times in past 2 weeks. No return phone calls have been made. Emails promising orders will be dispatched but its now 18 days and still no response. I chose to close my account due to their lack of integrity and since then they have stopped dispatching orders and closing my account. Besides this additional costs have been charged to the account which were never outlined. There is nothing you can do as a customer besides cancel your account and remove your stock and go to a more honest warehouse.NOTE: I 100% agree with Nigel comment below. There lack of integrity and service is also destroying my businesses reputation.

I have been using Coghlan 3pl for the past 15 months and I cannot begin to express what terrible service this company provides. They are currently taking over 30 days to dispatch some of our orders. They will not communicate via phone to resolve issues. Email is the only way they communicate and when you email them to ask for an urgent response to send an order that has been sitting as Picking" for over 30 days you will receive lip service only that they will get your order out immediately. I have had to email them about some orders more than 20 times with urgent requests and as yet they still have not been sent out. They also lose stock constantly. I've never dealt with a more incompetent company in my life. I'm at the point where they have caused severe financial strain due to orders being cancelled because they haven't sent them out in a timely manner. So far Ive had about $60000 worth of orders cancelled over the past 2 weeks because of they are not sending out orders we have given them over 30 days ago. They are an absolute disgrace and if I could give them 0 stars I would. They have also managed to have a one star review I did a few days ago taken down

WARNING DO NOT USEUnfortunately, we have been using Coghlan 3pl for the past 12 months and like Nigel and PW cannot begin to express what terrible service this company provides. It’s been an emotional and financial burden. Their contracts are loose, and they used it to their financial advantage with us.Before you sign up to Coghlan, you should know about our experience.1. RENT e.g. We had 80 pallets worth of stock. We were charged weekly for 150 pallets + 250 Shelves.2. CONTAINER UNLOADING FEE 40 FCL with loose cartons was $2,500. Industry STD is $800-1500. I questioned this – no response.3. PRODUCT DAMAGE They left products in open shelves and the products collected soot all over. After receiving complaints, I flagged it with management and requested them to please not leave them out in the open. Ignored, they left it in the open and I received more complaints. I asked again to please take the product out of the shelves and quarantine damaged stock. No response. Finally, I was told this was my problem and my responsibility. After multiple requests, I was never given an inventory on the damaged stock. POV There is little in the way of accountability with this warehouse and the management.4. BUMP OUT FEE After my product was damaged and on top of receiving huge bills, I requested to leave and was told a week later ok you can leave but it is going to cost $13,000 at full pick rate. This is well in excess of the $2,000 industry std pack up of this amount of stock. (I got a quote from my new warehouse)Desperate to leave, I rang ANOTHER Coghlan warehouse got through. Sydney Management then decided to respond and said “they would not charge me anywhere near $13,000 to get out.” 2 weeks later I was handed a bill for $18,000 just for pack up of the stock…. !!!You must know in order to get out of Coghlan, they will repack all of your products into new packaging and charge full individual pick rate before releasing your inventory and they dispose of your cartons. Total waste of labour and resources! This is not in their contract.5. POOR COMMUNICATION – they have a phone answering service, and in my experience, no one calls back unless you are onboarding. Email isn’t much better. It was Russian Roulette on whether they would respond even if it was labelled urgent.

Been working with Coghlans, for over 2 years now, great 3PL to deal with. There have been some challenging times through COVID but Coghlans went over and above to sort these out.
