BEWARE BUYING ONLINE. I took the time to check there refund policy, and if you read the first Paragraph, it indicates you are entitled to a refund within 7 days. What i didn't see was 4 Paragraphs down, it contradicts this and says no refund for change of mind or ill fit. Very Misleading. After pointing this out they had no interest in providing good customer service and honoring a refund. Just advised me that i should have read further on.

Visited today looking at a few different things and was not acknowledged by either of the young girls serving, and it made me feel very unwelcome. I was wanting to purchase several things but felt like they didn’t want me there so I left. Beautiful products but subpar customer service.

Mixed feelings about this store. Beautiful, and I was prepared to buy quite a few lovely things, but when I asked if they had a toilet the young girl said yes and then the older woman (whom I presume owns the place) said sternly no in an unfriendly manner and told me to go across the parking lot. So off I went and didn't buy anything.There really is something to be said for general kindness and compassion, and this was a big turn off. Will never understand why shops won't let you use their bathrooms! Blackman's brewery next door immediately said yes of course when I asked!
