If can give zero, I want to rate it with 0. Indian girl at counter is so rude. I was try to pump up my tyres after going there get my petrol so many times, but the air pump didn't work properly and regardless how I have tried, it continuously suck air out of tyre instead of pumping it up. I was asking for help at counter inside the store, but she was telling me to call my mechanic to fix the problem of my car and told me that I did not use the broken air pump properly. I feel she was very rude and with zero sense and understanding of custom service. This is Australia, I believe by telling lies and being rude is not helpful at all. 7-11 management need to train up their staff to learn how to take responsibility and serve customer properly. I had exactly same problem with their Air pump for their petrol station off Blaxland rd. near epping another day. My experience told me to avoid their air pump all the time.

This older Indian looking staff (may be in his 50s) Saturday 23/07/2022 around 11am, has worst attitude I have ever seen.Very judgemental attitude and treating the customer with no respect at all.When I was dispensing coffee from the coffee machine, it suddenly stopped.So I looked around for the staff,I didn’t see anyone so I decided to go to different machine and fill the rest of my coffee.Suddenly this Indian looking older staff (may be in his 50s )approached me and said I should wait for him as I waste his coffee from the malfunction coffee machine.I decided not to argue so I let go but after a while he approached me again and said the same thing over and over again in front other customers.I offered to pay for the wastage however he started to lecture me about that they are not making any money from the coffee.I believe this is not our concern whether they making money out of coffee or nor but surely it has attract lots customers and end up buying other products.Big companies like this 7-eleven should spend some monies to educate some manners to their staff before they place them behind the counter/service station.And also matter the fact, educate them that CUSTOMERS DOESN’T NEED THEM, THEY NEED CUSTOMERS TO RUN BUSINESS.No wonder why this service station has only TWO STAR.I would give this service station a MINUS STAR if possible without hesitation.

I am a regular at the store for both fuel and coffee. Today I spilled a cup of coffee and whilst I understand the inconvenience it causes and the mess it creates, the staff was really rude. I offered to help to which he said ‘leave it, you will only create more mess’. So much for customer service!

Just wanted to give -minus start if possible. The guy at night duty on 18-06-2022 at 5am was very rude.He should be told how to deal with the customer. I was a good perception about 7 eleven service but this guy changed the whole scenario. He was super rude and aggressive.Owner must took an action against him.

The waited 30 min in night and the person who's is working now is agrassive 2:45 25 apl

14 Nov 2022 1:50 AM.Because I just wanna coffee not fuel.He saw me and not opening door. Just hiding behind fridge. Already increased coffee, this is one of the station doesn’t give equal for diabetics people. Come on guys may god bless you.

I filled my tank at this servo coz it was cheap on petrol but it’s also cheap on service. The manners of some of the staff are appalling. I asked if their was another hand sanitizer dispenser coz the one at the door was empty. The elderly Indian woman re-filling the ice cream freezer first ignored me when I asked, then barked NO! without so much as making eye contact let alone apologising. When I asked why there wasn’t a bottle of sanitizer elsewhere in the store she ignored me. Very rude. I will never buy anything from this servo ever again.

Very bad behaviour for girl staff Every time ask to toilet she says closed ?????

I'm filling fuel in car. Then I'm in rushed to use washroom.I really had a bad experience today at around 11.30pm where I asked the person named ( sujain) to let me know where is the washroom instead of telling me politely he was very rude to answer my question.Employer needs to give training some to employees how to talk customer in a manners way and customer service
