Austinmer Beach House
The location is great, the place is neat and tidy. The configuration is strange and confusing. It seems to be one house split into several self-contained flats, resulting in odd floor plans whereby the bathrooms are other bedrooms' ensuites and neighbour noise is clearly audible even if it isn't that loud. The driveway is very steep and narrow, and parking spaces are not clearly marked.Apart from that, the accommodation is clean and comfortable and very close to the beach and town.
