Have ordered a few times and very happy with the price, quality, and customer service. They are very responsive and rectify any issues quickly.

Received my first order today and extremely happy with the quality of produce, very fresh, well packaged and priced. The delivery went smoothy and arrived earlier in the day than expected. Highly recommend and will definitely be ordering again!

First time I've ordered and I won't be ordering again. Not overly impressed with quality of fruit. Vegetables ok but not much of a variety,think I recieved about 5 cucumbers. Box of spinach and bag of onions look ok at first glance.

A random search for veggie deliveries in Melbourne brought me to Jim's fresh and boy, am I glad I did that search and clicked on the link. Jim's fresh has been a stunning delivery and sourcing partner for my family. We are vegetarians and I cannot think of time without access to fresh veggies and fruits in this pandemic situation.All veggies and fruits appear fresh and crisp, they take special care for your notes on semi-ripe and ripe requirements. The boxes are well packed and appear to be packed with care. The delivery personnel are always professional and do a perfect hand off. Roxy from online support is always helpful and super patient. It's like this whole organisation is a perfectly oiled machinery that just chugs along.Is it a bit pricey? Yes, it is when compared to other veggie places out there but it has to be noted that none of the cheaper alternatives provide such quality and service. So as the saying goes, 'you get what you pay for' and with food, you don't want compromises for the family.Thank you Jim's fresh, keep up the splendid work!

I ordered from these guys, product was pretty good. Some items weren't supplied and they add a credit to your online wallet. I ordered again. The delivery day came and went with no delivery. I emailed and was reassured that it would be there within 2 days. My order didn't turn up again, same process. I had to chase them and they promised delivery but it didn't turn up again. So I emailed requesting a refund of both my order and online wallet. They said it would be processed within 48 hours. 9 days later I still hadn't received my refund. I contacted them again, they made multiple excuses which didn't make sense. I just wanted my groceries plus wallet refunded. He confirmed on the phone that is what I would get. Today I finally received my refund of my groceries but not the refund for the missing items from my first order. Don't order from these guys, your order may never come and you will spend hours chasing it up.

We have found Jim’s Home Fresh excellent. I have easily placed orders for myself, for family for Christmas and for friends. On each occasion the service has been faultless and the produce fresh and good quality. It is great to know that purchasing from Jim’s Home Fresh supports farmers in and around Victoria. The delivery drivers have been friendly and attentive to the detail of delivery instructions.

Love the hands-off process in veggie shopping. The quality and packaging of produce is great, no crowding and meat has been boxed separately with its own cold pack. High quality palm sugar and other Asian condiments. To me, it saves the hassle of physically shopping without compromising on quality and price, leaving more time time with family! Will continue to order form Jim's Home Fresh.

We ordered on the 31/1 and paid for the order. Meant to be received on the 2/2 only to find out that they did not process the order and were aware of the issue days ago, however did not notify us. Phone number on app is not connected, had to try the website number. Had already prepped dinner in anticipation for the ingredients only to have to go out and shop when I ordered to avoid this. Very bad service and clearly their app does not work, they shouldn't incentivise using it for a discount. Had to get a refund, that is the least they could do.This is unethical, they were chasing the order list knowing it was meant to be delivered today!!! Disgraceful!!!

Having gone to many of the usual places to buy fruit and vegetables. ie: Supermarkets and even some local fruit shops, I had been extremely disappointed in the quality of what they had. I had almost given up and out of sheer desperation I tried this service when I was unable to leave my home. I was impressed by the quality of the produce I had received and all the options that were available for purchase. I would highly recommend that everyone use the Jim's home fresh service. It has changed my life.

I recently received my first order and was blown away by the quality of the produce. Everything was in perfect condition and packaged very nicely in biodegradable material.The size of the fruit was astonishing and tasted great. A few items were missing due to being out of stock, so they made a second delivery a few days later.Will definitely be ordering again.
