The receptionist who answered the phone leaves a lot to be desired for someone in distress on the other end. Don’t worry, the kitten died in the middle of the road but I’m sure you didn’t care to know the outcome anyway, as long as you got to check that patient out as quickly as possible by hanging up :)Happy New Year

We changed over to the Narre Warren vet around 2 years ago.Our almost 18 year old cat Cuddles has had health issues of late.The staff are friendly and accommodating with fitting us in at late notice when our cat is unwell.I have lots of confidence with John the vet, when he sees our cat.The vet owns cats himself and knows how to approach our cat when he is upset and not very cooperative.Thank you Narre Warren Vet :)

Superb service was super pleased with everything, receptionist was super friendly and helpful and the vet that vaccinated my dog was thorough with explaining things to a first time pup owner and the whole experience was more stress free than I thought. Also very cheap too

I went there twice. The first time was for an emergency, as my rabbit who was desexed at an animal shelter ended up with an infection and wasn't eating anymore. They did a wonderful job putting him back on track.The second time was to desex my second rabbit. I have to say everything went well. No complications post op.When he was realeased, a detailed report covering from the medication used before and after anaesthesia, to what was done during the surgery was explained and given to us. They even sent me a text when my rabbit woke up from surgery.What I also liked is the cost for the castration which was $194, covered also for painkillers for home and post op visit.The staff there are very friendly and knowledgeable and I strongly recommend their services.

I am very upset after struggling to get my stressed dog in the car and their turning up a couple of minutes late to hear that I had missed my appointment. Dozens of times of being I have been left waiting by vets from 10 minutes to 2 hours and to be treated like this is disgusting.

I have had my boy Eddy coming here now for a number of years. Actually since we got him when he was only a few months old. I am so grateful to all the staff and they are always friendly, professional when ever I come in or call, no matter how many times. They treat Eddy like their own and spend a lot of time with him on his examinations, it is never rushed and I can ask as many questions as I need and want to. They will always give me advice. I would not go anywhere else. Eddy looks forward to coming as I think he know they will look after him. Thank you to you all.

We have been taking our fur babies here for many years the staff have always been super friendly. This is a message for John. You are truely an amazing human, the empathy, that you showed when we made the tough decision to put our fur baby to sleep was comforting yet informative. It made the process alot less painful so a BIG THANK YOU TO YOU and the condolence card that was sent in the mail with our cats paw prints on it was genuinely appreciated. Great to find a good local vet. Moved from a vet I was with for many years that continued to go downhill. Here, the team and vets are great and were great with my Chow. Glad I found them.
