INSPIRE Physiotherapy for Women

I have been going to see Liz since I was 9 weeks pregnant, i am now 34 weeks. I have a super flexible body so when those relaxin hormones hit I needed a good physio to stablize my pelvis and back. I CANNOT speak more highly of Liz. She is so hands on and I've never left feeling like it was a waste of time or money. Liz has the most welcoming and beautiful personality, she always give extra advice for things you can do at home to keep your body healthy and comfortable during pregnancy. I honestly don't know what I would have done if I didn't have Liz to help support me throughout my pregnancy. If you know any woman who are uncomfortable during their pregnancy send them to Liz, her wealth of knowledge and experience is well worth every penny. Thank you Liz, you rock!

I've been to this clinic twice now for mastitis management. Both times the girls were so wonderful, making sure I could be squeezed in for a same-day appointment to get on top of things. The team is very friendly, caring, and knowledgeable. Would absolutely recommend them

Anna is the best physiotherapist I have ever seen. She has a lot of practical knowledge and is an ethical practitioner. Anna seems to be able to interpret my rambling descriptions of what hurts and help me recover or adapt my movements. She is an active listener and is always asking questions to narrow down on the issue. I've seen Anna on and off for 10 years.

Been seeing Anna since becoming pregnant and could not rate her highly enough. Really helped relieve my discomfort and been very kind and friendly during the process. A great physiotherapy practice.

I received regular treatment at Inspire for the last 12 weeks of my pregnancy and couldn’t have got through to the end in one piece without all their team’s expertise and encouragement. I have probably seen every physio there at least once (not normally something I would see as a positive but here it’s so seamless it actually is!) and all are professional and friendly - including the wonderful reception team. I honestly can’t thank you all enough!

Zoe is a magician. I walked in 2 weeks ago with horrible pregnancy related lower back pain (could barely walk and in great pain) and after 2 or 3 sessions I am 'normal' again and shes gone further and is helping with pelvic floor exercises and core strength. Simply an amazing physio studio.

Friendly and caring staff, beautiful clean clinic, fair price. They fit me in as a new client for a short notice Emergency appointment when I was in severe pain post pregnancy. I am now going regularly and the INSPIRE team are guiding my recovery, I've made more progress in 1 month than I was able to make in the last year. Thank you INSPIRE!
