Star Car Wash - Knox 1

Spent $200 to have the car detailed and polished. Car exterior paint was already very good but just wanted it spruce up a bit.2 hours go by and it's not ready, that's fine. Waited another 30 minutes was called over to say it is done. First thing I notice is that the wheels are caked in brake dust. They said they'd clean up quickly, and they did.Then my key went missing for about 15min.Generally the car looked good but the small water stain I had asked them to clean from the front seat had not been done, it didn't even look like an attempt was made. Also, there was not a single sign that the car had been polished even though I paid the extra $50 to have it done.Overall not a great experience and I feel a waste of $200.

They scratched my brand new car, denied it and tried to make other marks the distraction (which I realise I need a cut and polish for)Would not perform the duty of customer service and sent me raging. Would give negative. I have photos as proof

Got told at booking that car has no swirl marks and a polish will return a good result, in the light after I left I noticed more swirl marks than what it had before and I should have paid extra for the cut and polish option, should have just done it myself

Did a great job.. dirty car.. been on dirt road for weeks. Pleased

I had my hatchback washed for $40 which l was happy with....just drove in at 11.45am ...there were 4 cars in front of me & mine was ready at 12.40pm.... quiet organised

Got my car washed today paid $60 for an outside wash !! They Washed half my windscreen didn’t even bother washing my wheels or tyre shiningJust wanted to take my young family out for lunch and throught just get the car washed so I could spend time with the familyPretty much went home and rewashed my car as it was disgusting!

Disgusting rude staff! I immediately got over charged the highest price on the board when I said I only want normal inside and out clean, the guy that served me said my cars extra large" when it's an average size car. I argued with him and said "what makes my car extra large

Prices are getting too expensive and the level of clean is getting worse.I've come here several times. They used to charge me $65 for a platinum wash, now $95.Didnt get all the jambs cleaned, parts of of the exterior were untouched, parts of the interior remained unclean.Honestly, it was never awesome, but for $65 I didnt kick up avfuss too much. I will if you're going to jack your prices up.Wont be back.

This is what an Interior Detail" with a "Platinum Wash" gets you.As-new black leather now looks like it's spent 5 years in the sun.I'd give 2 Stars because at least cleaning products were used.But it was the same can of Armor-All that was sprayed abundantly over every surface of the interior including; the sunroof

I recently come back to Star Car Wash (dont do this so often). My car didn't come out looking all that clean, especially the wheels—they were still dirty!The guy there suggested paying in cash and They didn't have any change! They were short $2 and just gave me this big smile, saying they might pay me back next time. Seriously?All in all, Star Car Wash was a major disappointment. They seriously need to step up their game and give customers the service they deserve. I wont be coming back tho.
