I live here so of course will give 5 stars.Except for INGENIA building village right to our fence line on a flood prone block, taking away our privacy, which is absolutely awful and impacted us in such a terrible way, village life goes on. O stars for INGENIA.

My mum has moved here ....she has been soooo happy since she did .... surrounded by ppl her age with everything available on site such as hairdressers tradesmen postal and meals and most of all security ...but still having her own little house with aircon high ceilings 2 bedrooms carport .... mums told me she has made more friends in 2 yrs there than she ever had in 30 yrs on the ranch .... ty pacific palms .... it makes me feel grateful that my mum is so happy and safe ...yet still so inderpendant...YaY

Great village for the over 50's age. Has a community centre, bowls club and pool. Regular activities for the residents. Quiet and peaceful. Small store on site.

On a clear day you can hear the loud cackling women and the clanging COWBELLS ... Then on any other day you'll get the fanatics with their electric blowers/ trimmers/ mowers etc.etc. etc. any time after 7am. One good point, you can see the ladies here all nicely dressed, but you also see these shrivelled up old guys getting around wearing Paul Hogan singlets trying to look tough ... How Quaint !

The residents speak very well of their village experience. Burpengary east is an excellent area to live as it is very close to shops and all other things north,south,east and west. The Redcliffe area east, just 20 mins away has very nice beach and sea areas. The huge North Lakes shopping centre just 20 mins north. Burpengary plaza and Aldi and other shops only 5 mins west. And major shopping, and everything else, 15 mins north at Morayfield. Brisbane north is the fastest growing area in Queensland.
