Cathy creates wonderful gift boxes and offers extraordinary service. I realised late one afternoon that I needed a gift to take to an event the following morning, so I called Cathy to ask for her help. Despite having already left for home when I called, this was no trouble at all. Cathy pulled off a small miracle and had the gift box in my hand before I needed it the next day. She is a GEM!

Cathy supplied Christmas gifts for my clients this year. She was wonderful to work with, and even put a lovely botanical touch with each of the gifts, which worked well with my business as a landscape designer. The products were delicious, and the presentation was beautiful, earning lots of great feedback from my clients. Looking forward to doing it again next year!

A friend recommended this site and I was so impressed with the interesting mix of gifts and the choice of hampers. I enjoyed selecting items to personalise the hamper to suit the birthday occasion. Upon opening the beautiful presentation box, I was in awe of the quality and selection of the gourmet products contained within. There were decadent artisan chocolates and macadamia snacks, carefully sourced and arranged. I couldn't believe my luck. Last minute plans to send my daughter a hamper for her birthday instead of seeing her on the day, due to Melbourne's 5th lockdown, led me to Just Surprise Me and the very helpful Catherine. I ordered late morning on Saturday and the hamper was delivered to my daughter's door Monday afternoon in the timing window I requested. Catherine was quick to respond to my queries and requests. You can tell she wanted to give the best service possible. Having a 'build your own hamper ' option means you can choose the most appropriate products as well as keeping in your own budget. Delivery charges were much less than other sites I looked at too. I also learnt to read the fine print of all sites as many claiming to have 'next day delivery ' actually state to expect delivery in 2-3 business days in their fine print. Just Surprise Me delivered as they say they would and, most importantly, on time so my daughter actually received it on her birthday. Another downside of Lockdown is that I won't get the opportunity to sample any of the treats, apparently almost all demolished already, but my daughter said they were absolutely delicious and quire unique compared to the usual chocolate/sweet hampers.Thanks again Catherine. I have been using Catherine from 'Just Surprise me' for a few months now and can only assure anyone that nothing is too difficult for her to manage. She is extremely professional and friendly. Her website is very user friendly for a non tech person like myself. She keeps you up to date from placing your order until final delivery. All products are Australian made and she caters for all events. I can honesty say that you won't be disappointed utilising her services.
