OK, but buildings need renovating as probably 40 yrs old. Food for aged care not up to scratch.

1 star is really too much because their accountancy dept is deplorable they cannot conform to normal accountancy guidelines and cause me a lot of stress and with my bone cancer this is something i can do without

Our family would like to sincerely thank all the staff at Parkglen for the wonderful service they afforded our Father Leon (Apartment 162) over the past 10 years. Unfortunately Leon has now had to go into higher care but at 97 years he is doing well but not mobile enough to stay at Parkglen. Thank you all again for putting in the mighty effort to keep him entertained and active over that long period of time. The staff have always been accessible and have gone out of their way to assist where they can.

The 2 bedroom units are spread throughout the village. You have privacy, but you're part of a larger community.

Parkglen as such do not support self-management. So, Jacqueline whom i called to take over mom's package, knows i cannot be their client but still she spent lots of her time on humanitarian ground giving me right advice. This makes me feel i am not alone there are people who care for others. She is a wonderful asset, not only for for Parkglen but for the country itself. Australia needs people like her.

Home care people do not return calls and when they are case managers are visiting their clients they expect members of the family to be there to bad if your working
