Lack of action, no communication, have been trying to resolve a fencing issue for 2 years. We now have no fence between us and the back house and we both own dogs… nightmare!

HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL PROPERTY MANAGER EVER.I appointed Richardson property group to manage my property last year. It was a brand new built. Through the tenancy I didn't have any issue except for the fact that the didn't improvise on the way when COVID happen.Due to change in our financial circumstance we decided to move into our property. The move was happening interstate under the stressful situation of being out of work and in middle of a pandemic.Peter Richardson handed us the house over and as we move in he inspects the house and thinks it in a pretty good state. I fought a battle with no resolution at the end. I have attached photos here so you can check for yourself why I don't speak highly of them.The entire staff after the incident was arrogant including Peter Richardson. At one stage, he even tried to bribe me to take my google review down in exchange of fixing the issue which by the way till date isn't fixed.My husband is allergic to dog hair and cat danger. Imagine the nightmare of moving states, my husband who can't stay in the property for minutes and Victoria going in lockdown. This has been the worst experience of my life ever.... The number of epiPen we have gone through is beyond countless.I would never ever ever in my wildest dream recommend this property manager unless you don't like your property and want to trash it!!!

Due to their complete incompetence and failure to manage our property (at all - issues would have been apparent had they even driven past our house) we have been left with a cleanup/repair bill amounting to over $30K. Tenant was recommended by Richardson (verbally so can't prove they did). Our house was left as a rubbish-filled, mouse infested dump which Peter initially agreed to do cleaning if we didn't post any negative reviews. He has since refused to engage with us, so our only option is to warn others so they don't suffer the same catastrophe we did. Unfortunately, I must select a star rating, but as you can see from the photos, this is being very generous.

The real estate as a whole. Has been incredible and very responsive when it comes to any issues we might have.It does suck a little that we have had 3 property managers in the last 6 months but that's ok.
