My experience with Flatout nutrition was amazing! Abbey was so amazing through the whole process and helped me so much with creating a healthier relationship with food and getting towards my body goals. I did the 12 week plan when Abbey first came out with her business. throughout those 12 weeks my skin, gut, and attitude was the best it had ever been. The meal plans that I was provided with were so delicious and easy to eat. The thing I love about Flatout nutrition is that it works around your body/weight goals. All in all I would 100% recommended giving Flatout nutrition a crack if you are looking for a healthier lifestyle and someone who is going to encourage you the whole way through ❤️

Abbey is a fabulous coach, I’m so so glad I worked with her! In 12 weeks with Abbey, I learnt so much about nutrition and built habits that have put me in a great place to keep up a healthy lifestyle. I also lost almost 10% of my body weight which felt unachievable on my own! I strongly recommend Abbey as a coach if you’re ready to make a positive change.

I always had a bad relationship with food, looking for a quick fix to lose weight and depriving myself of eating anything that contained much nutritional value. I needed to change my mindset, so I contacted Flatout nutrition.Flatout nutrition has changed my life! My nutritionist, Abbey, listened to my concerns about my relationship with food and created a plan to support me physically and mentally. The goal was not to lose weight but to educate me on what I can eat and how to eat correctly.Boy, have I changed! Through Abbey's guidance, food plans and constant support, I love food! Not only am I well, but I also sleep better, stress less, and am much happier. The bonus is, I'm losing weight the healthy way and love life! I could never have imagined how my life would change with the proper guidance.I am forever grateful for Abbey from Flatout nutrition.

Abbey really helped me to learn more about what my body needs and how to grow a healthy relationship with food. After doing her 1:1 coaching, I have noticed significant changes to my body, health, and overall mood. As a full time dancer, she really assisted me in fuelling my body to ensure I could get through 6 hour dance days.For the 12 weeks I was with Flatout Nutrition, I really became aware of how important it is to fuel your body in the right way, with the right food. I now am so much more confident in my own body, and am still making recipes to this day!! I highly recommend! Xx

A fantastic service. Their lead nutritionist has a wealth of knowledge and explains things in an easy to understand way. This service helped me become confident in using my fitness pal which helped me reach my nutrition goals. Also, the accessibility and quick responses from their nutritionist made me feel as though I wasn’t going the journey alone.

Partaking in the four week challenge with Flatout Nutrition directed by Abbey was just what I needed. It provided me with a variety of set meals with the macros and calories to see what was required to consume daily as a dancer. It also provided workouts I followed everyday. Having a prepared schedule and a meal plan for every week made it really easy to make sure I was staying on track and noticing results. As a result, I was more energised during the day, found myself not binge eating at night, and felt better in my own body. Doing this four week challenge introduced me to new foods that were lower in calories and macro-friendly, which were just as tasty and enjoyable. This helped to achieve a well balanced diet without me having to cut out a food group, or skip a meal, or feel guilty if I have a dessert. Overall, I had a very good and enjoyable experience with Flatout Nutrition. Working closely with Abbey will give you a personalised meal plan that is tailored to your health goals and needs.

Abbey was such a dream to work with! i felt so supported during my coaching, and she was more than happy to accommodate any issues i was having with my nutrition.What makes flat-out nutrition stand out, and one of the reasons i went with abbey in the first place, was that she has the experience of a fulltime dancer and she knows exactly what i am going through at the moment.not only did i see physical changes, but i gained a lot of self confidence with in myself, and for that i am forever grateful for be apart of this program :))
