Really unprofessional and rude pharmacist . Today I tried to get my licence witnessed as per the requirements of the form . It said it could be witnessed by a pharmacist and with specific requirements the date, stamp and signature .Instead of calming saying no to me she was extremely rude saying I don’t know you, I don’t know who you are. She refused to sign it only stamp it which wasn’t allowed as per noted on the document . All that was required was her to witness the photocopy was the same as my licence. Yet her behaviour and unwillingness to even understand the request was so unprofessional. My family have used this pharmacy for over ten years it’s disgraceful behaviour. Just say no calmly without the drama. Thankfully the post office guy was super lovely and obliged without the drama or hesitating. You should state you don’t witness documents so people don’t waste their time. My uncle was a pharmacist too he would never treat his customers so disgracefully. I would use chemist warehouse next-door in future.

Had flu vaccination today. Staff is good. Waited 15 mins after vaccination and left the centre

I ordered a rollator for my father and asked whether they could delivered. I told her two years previously I struggled carried the bulky box 4 blocks due to my small physique. She said no as the delivery boy only had a bicycle.She said she can assemble the walker for me. And they did. Excellent old style service unlike those bigger franchise ones. Staff is always friendly.Also they were able to get in a medication that had manufacturing issues and at one stage would not be available for 6 months. None other chemists was able to get it in.Even though this chemist is not the most convenient for me to get to....I might just get our 'scripts from here.Also in the future there will be a light rail stop just outside.Add

Very helpful pharmacists! They are my go-to when I need clarifying or help with medication or health conditions. The ladies are wonderful, never judge you and always make your visit/call a pleasant one!

Spam phonecalls from the corrupt pharmacy guild, they oppose cheaper prescriptions for Australians in order for them to have higher profits.

Store is currently spamming past customers with unsolicited robot calls providing political advise and direction on upcoming changes to medication dispensing laws.
