New and clean Woolworths, big aisles with seafood, butcher and bakery areas. Has a good range of Asian groceries too, like different noodles and beef balls, Asian soy drinks etc, so that's a great range that I didn't expect. Of course, like a lot of new shops, the check out staff were rather slow, so be patient or use a self-serve checkout instead. I imagine more and more people will be coming here, it wasn't as busy as I expected for mid-morning on a Saturday.

Staff don’t understand when it’s busy to take next in line. They take the last person in the line.Standing in line for some time to not be taken as next is frustrating.I get it’s busy but we all are.I would imagine staff would be trained in who is next. Apparently not.Perhaps some training is required!The person taken from the back of the line had a full trolley. I had a smaller trolley and would've been out pretty quickly. This would given the lady with the larger trolly time to unload her trolley.Maybe something to teach in inductions.Just a thought.Common sense is not so common.Disappointing customer service to say the least.

I have never felt so uncomfortable as I was made to feel by a young female staff at express checkout when I forgot a bottle of cleaning vinegar costing $3 in the pram as if I was trying to steal it. And today 3 employees standing chatting blocking the main aisle to the checkouts. Do better and train your staff properly. I deserve better service in line with your exorbitant prices which seem to escalate at the speed of light.

Great addition to the area. Woolworths is quite active in supporting the local community and schools which is a benefit to uplifting the community. Centre is modern and clean and brings much needed social and retail facilities to the area

Had an amazing experience with a staff member there today named Kim with short hair. She was kind, professional, quick thinking and extremely customer focused. She resolved our issue immediately and her main objective was to make sure we left that store happy and wanting to return. What an asset to this brand!

One of my fav Woolies, it’s always clean and stocked and I actually like that it’s not always packed with too many people at one time.It has small gems that you can sometimes only find here.Trolleys are clean and well looked after.Lots of great deals here too, I like how they announce small sales aswell.Only downside is, it closes at 10 not 12

Modern and well laid out store. They have a great variety of halal, Indian and Lebanese groceries as well as the regular Australian items. The centre is small but clean, lots of parking and great eating options for a bite before you shop

I am confused how there is not a single comment on the staff named Patrick that works at deli. He had been very welcoming and wonderful every time I have visited, not once did he drop his smile or kept me waiting. He works well and goes above and beyond compared to the other staff. They need to give this man a raise and a pat on the back.
