Joining Team GMF was and still is one of the best decisions I have made. My personal trainer/ mentor and coach is Graden Leong and I can say without a doubt he is one of the most motivational, and supportive people I have the pleasure of knowing. His ability to understand his clients needs and help them achieve their goals is what has kept me motivated to achieve the results I have.I would recommend Team GMF to everyone and anyone.
