I had some Panasonic air con issues recently. One outdoor Unit was dead and the issue was attended by Advanced Air Team and fixed the issue (honouring Warranty Claims and making several visits). The other two unit issues (not cooling any more) were investigated and the tech advised to do professional cleaning which we did with the support Advanced Air Cleaning Team. All techs are very professional and I feel that they are the best in Darwin, NT. I have to acknowledge that the service provided is at the top lavel. I am proud owner of Panasonic Air Cons (All 6 Units in My House) which are covered under warranty and protected by Advanced Air Team. Keep it up Advanced Air!

Had 3 air conditioners serviced. Excellent communication, they were on time the first day as they need to come back again as 1 of the air conditioners were leaking which they did communicate with us. Rang the office & left a message which was responded to quickly & they had someone out ASAP and was all fixed.Thank you so much. Will definitely use the company again and highly recommend.

The Advanced Air team are all-around fantastic. This is the second year in a row we have had this company clean our cassette and split unit ACs, and both times, the service was impeccable. All interactions were professional, helpful and friendly. Last year, our air-cons were very clogged and not cooling well, and after the clean they were back to 100%. This year, they went above and beyond to find the cause of a leak in one unit, including multiple visits after the initial clean - all as part of honouring their post-clean guarantee. We have highly recommended this company to friends and family and intend to stay with them for many years to come.

Service man arrived on time, worked consistently and quietly until finished. He was very thorough and we were surprised at how much better the air-conditioning units worked after he left! Will definitely book him again next year.
