We got our coffee machine on a 2 week trial from Kim her customer service and sales skills were exceptional, professional and nothing is ever a bother she travelled to our store to set it up and to show us how to run it, she checked in on us an ensured we were having the best time on our trial! We are keeping the machine thanks to Kim! We are now satisfied at work on these cold winter days!
