We had the seal on our Electrolux front loader replaced and the machine serviced. It took a little while for the seal to come, due to shipping issues, but Glen stayed in touch the whole time and kept us updated.When the work day arrived he was on time, helpful and knowledgeable.Excellent customer service and great workmanship.There’s only one other Electrolux repairer in the Highlands and their office staff are so rude and unhelpful. It was a pleasure working with Glen and we will only go to him from now on.

Repeat customer. Contacted in June with details of request. Asked for further information which was immediately provided. I was thanked for the information. THey never turned up to do the job - it is October. I could not recommend - no customer service

Glen recently repaired our washing machine, a 14 year old Whirlpool.He did an excellant job, and no parts were required.He is competent and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.
