TLC Homestead Estate Residential Aged Care

Appreciated the effort of the staff in making space to celebrate a wedding there for a friend of a resident so they could be present.

My mother in law has been very well looked after during the Covid19 period. It has been a lonely time for the residents but the main thing is they have overall done a great job of looking after everyone.

I came here to get my COVID booster because everywhere else was 3 months delay and they were able to get me in within a day... everyone there was so nice and caring and very helpful.

My mother is a resident of TLC Homestead, the facilities and service are well above other facilities around Geelong. The staff are all highly motivated and ensure a safe caring environment.

Terrible management. The supposed plague is no longer and they are pushing more bs than any other homes. Go to bupa or uniting care. Much better

My aunt was in respite here for 2 weeks.The facility is quite new and very large. My aunts room was quite nice, but I witnessed her interactions with staff and they were not the best.I also caught a faint odour of stale urine on my aunts carpets as I helped her on with her slippers, always a red flag in my opinion.For all it's bells and whistles, plus the costs, it really is a let down.All that glitters isn't gold folks.
