Absolutely appalling - the company/services came highly recommended for a vessel inspection. Upon speaking to Geoff Slapp he assured me the most intricate and thorough inspection, ending with a detailed inspection report outlining all findings. THIS I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED. After charging me a touch over $2300 for inspection on a 38ft twin cat eng vessel the only information I received was a oil samples I could have taken myself. No report was ever delivered. The inspection was 27/2/23 it's now 31/3/23.This is a perfect example of poor quality of service Absolutely unless .Try marine tech if you're looking for a thorough mechanical inspection
