Have been using their internet service since COVID & found it amazing. We have the 100/40 speed and never been disconnected and we get average 95mbps speeds.

Had a really frustrating experience with Telstra with firstly their call centre wait times around 60mins and then getting told that the Sales team will contact me. I was in a desperate situation when my sisters broadband was cancelled without any notification. Luckily I called Kunal Jasani to explain the situation. Kunal was extremely professional and courteous to hear us out. He then tailored a plan that suits my sisters broadband needs including working from home. The set up part was super easy and kunal managed to get her broadband working in a total of only 50 mins which can usually take big organisations like Telstra / Optus a good 2/3 weeks to activate .
