EB Games / ZiNG Pop Culture - Willows Townsville

Not in there for a purchase today, but assistance. Got straight up to the counter and one of the reps was more than helpful. In and out in a few minutes.

Eb games prices are generally the most expensive out of all games stores, however their price match feature can be put to good use. This location in particular is combined with Zing pop culture so it is generally busier than most eb games's i've been to.

Feels like workers are working for the pay and not the store sometimes, they are always happy to help. I’m a regular customer so I know the store and staff well and they have alright customer service (been to a better eb games with better customer service) but love the store

Refused to refund a faulty item. Sent an email to customer service and told me to deal with head office.Very poor customer service.

The sales assistant I had was outstanding. The shop was quite busy and I did have to wait for a little while, but she was so genuinely cheerful and polite as well as very helpful. I know it can be hard for sales staff when it's busy close to Christmas so this was a nice experience and I would definitely go back to this store.

Friendly staff and is always a great shopping experience for me at this location and staff are always happy to give you up to date information on any product questions or concerns, they recently helped me get a PS4 sent off to get fixed and running like new again.

After moving back to North Qld after 15yr from Adelaide. l had find a new EB games store. Great to be so far being from Charters Towers as twitch streamer/content creator. Im a top 10 goggle reviewer hope it helps with free publicity.

Worst customer service, was told that they price match, but when i enquired in person, i got told they did not. Then when i came in again, and was set on purchasing a new console on 5/3/19, i waited by the gaming area for a staff member for at least 10-15 minutes, but the two staff members were more interested in chatting to each other than helping the customers and making sales, few other customers came in and they did not bother to even say hello or offer any help. If you want good customer service, where the staff actually approach you and tell the truth about price match for all customers rather than their friends only, then go to JB HI FI, because the Willows EB Games staff is terrible, if i was the manager, id have a serious talk with them or let them go, because the shop is just losing out on business. Only reason i went to EB Games was because they offer afterpay, i may try again only because of afterpay, or save and go to JB HI FI.
