Anytime Fitness Sandgate
Today I met the new club manager, who was warm and engaging.I enjoy ATF Sandgate for the big floor soace, the separation of areas, keeping noise localised, and the airy space in the cardio section. The designated group space is a real bonus.I definitely like a light filled club. Yet there is no real glaring sunlight... and there's some green scenes yo gaze out at when you're treadmill inclined, or on the cross trainer or the Hill climbers.One thing I might add is that the music is not TOO loud and there are subtitles on the AV screens

Anytime Fitness Sandgate
Poor customer service from this place. When I queried about my direct debit reminder saying i was over due when I paid upfront for 5 weeks. I was offered the end of February for free. 3 weeks. I was sent another reminder about my late direct debit and when emailed them the response I got was that they didn't offer the reminder of February free. Clearly their is no communication amongst staff and management.

This gym, is by far my favourite community to be a part of. The new manager is absolutely amazing and makes all of her staff feel so welcomed. It’s literally like a second home to me. The people are incredibly kind, it’s always tidy, everyone is constantly encouraging others, the aircon is great, the water is great. honestly can’t flaw the place at all. if you are wanting a gym that makes you feel comfortable and at home, this is the place to go. The best part of my day is going to this gym and being greeted by the friendliest staff.

I used the treadmill to warm up. Went to set it to 5.5 on the screen which is walking pace to only have the machine set itself to some ridiculous speed. Which I struggled to slow down due to the arrow buttons on the speed settings not working properly. Unsafe!I then did the rest of my workout and go to use the shower. They looked like they hadn't been cleaned. Showers were dirty. I continued to shower with thongs on not to stand on the floor to turn the shower on to a pathetic excuse of a shower head". It was equivalent to a hose shooting out water so far that it wet my new duffle backpack resting against the shower door with my mobile phone sitting on top

Kerri is such an amazing Manager here at Anytime Sandgate, very professional and friendly, Kerri is always up for a chat, always helping with equipment if you don’t know how to use and even for a spot if she needed for exercising/Lifting safety, highly recommend this gym, as it’s clean and very professional run with Kerri as our Gym Manager.

I honestly love the environment at AF sandgate! Kerri is such an amazing manager and goes above and beyond for all the members in the gym. She is always checking in on us and is very approachable for any issues or concerns we have. Thank you!!

I’ve trained here for a number of years now and I must say I don’t plan on going anywhere else. Great facilities and even better people. The new manager Kerry in particular is one of the best this club has seen.
