Dr John Norris is amazing. We’ve been taking our Frenchies to John for about 5-6 years now. We’ve seen Dr John at both Jacobs Well and Curtis Street Vets.John has a lot of knowledge of squishy face breeds and doesn’t charge us an arm and a leg every time we walk in, which unfortunately, with one rescue Frenchie is A LOT!She recently has major surgery which Dr John completed which came with huge risks, she had a tumour intertwined between muscles and veins, including her main artery. I’ve been to so many vets over the years, Dr John and his team are by far the best.

Fabulously staffed vet practice with sincere, informed and highly knowledgeable vet and his staff. Couldn't imagine having this kind of relationship with any other vet than Dr John Ryan and Jar.

The staff were very kind and supportive. I had taken my 14yr Ragdoll cat to be treated. I really thought she was at life's end, but the Vet and nurses helped me decide to begin palliative care for my Princess". In the first week she has put on weight and is a little brighter."

Holistic vet John Ryan was amazing. Took his time doing a thorough check on Lexie and offered heaps of advice. Would definitely recommend him.

Couldn't rate this vet higher, great doctors and I love how they inform each other what going on sob if Doctor John Ryan wasn't available my baby will still be looked after 100%This vet has given me faith that there are good vets out there.I had at least 4 differnt doctors say there was nothing wrong with Gen leg or hip and Doc John Ryan picked it up like that and all his recommendations have spot on.We even trail some Chinese herbal medicine said she the first one to try it, and it had been very sussesful so far.All the staff are amazing, I travel at least 40min each way just because they are so good very friendly
