Star Tyrepower - Kingaroy
I recently sent a request via website for recommendations regarding new tyres for towing etc. it has now been 6 days and no response. I really like supporting local businesses, however if this is the way they support their customers I will be looking elsewhere. Apparently tyrepower received awards for customer service, guess they didn’t audit Kingaroy tyrepower. I will now send request to Toowoomba or Sunshine Coast. If you don’t answer requests, why have it on your website?

I went to here today as I thought 1 of my tyres looked a little flat ! I was going on a trip and thought I’d check that tyres were all good ! Damien checked all 4 tyres with air and also made sure tyres had nothing in them ! He was very pleasant and said to have a safe trip ! It’s a rare find to find nice service ! Good on you Damien your a asset to this company !

Wow, they were great! Arrived into town after a long drive to find we had a flat tire. I called late in the work day and received instant help. Someone came out, removed damaged tire and put on spare as the original was unfixable. Thank you for making a bad situation workable.

Thank you Ian, Peter and rest of the team at Star Tyrepower Kingaroy. They were able to repair my punctured tire at short notice. Had new tires ordered and all installed with absolutely no dramas at all. Friendly and super helpful. Strongly recommend them!
