Worth every cent. Good prices, a wide range of masseurs of varying degrees of skill, but I've never been disappointed - they range from perfectly adequate to bloody wonderful. Somewhat corny but pleasant gentle piano in the background, clean and well-appointed booths, and the therapists are always very professional and sweet in their approach

The team based at the Kingston Branch are very welcoming and my masseuse was brilliant! I’d do forget her name, however was amazing.

The service wasn't up to the mark. They should keep someone at the counter to attend the customer calls etc., when masseurs are doing their job. In our case, they were going out to answer the calls and attend the reception 100 times in between the massage and didn't complete 60 minutes. It was mentioned in the body massage description that head and neck will be covered but they didn't massage the head and neck area and also did not cover front of the legs. It was the worst body massage experience ever across Australia.

I have been here a few times before and had good experiences, however today I had medicinal oil poured on me that I had not asked for and it ran into sensitive areas and burned my skin. Despite me telling the therapist it was hurting my skin nothing was done. I had to stop her and ask for something to wash the oil off with. She wasn’t even able to tell me what the ingredients were but it burned like extra strong deep heat in very delicate places. It was impossible to get the oil off despite trying twice and all up it continues to be a very uncomfortable experience that I still had to pay for. I did get a “sorry” and a partial refund for my trouble eventually.

I’ve been to Kingston Clinics four times , each time they provided good quality service . They take health fund cards like Bupa , for a discount in price/ rebate . The remedial massages are excellent with hot towels and the end to relax muscles and remove the oil. As trained remedial masseuse , I recommend these clinics.

The massage was good. This is not the spot to zone out and relax. The rooms are cold, really cold. Plus the curtains do not stop any sounds from others being massaged or to the sound of yobbos walking off the street, arguing the price and asking for a happy ending. It might read funny, but it wasn't funny, it was wrong. So if you want the fully relaxed massage this is not the spot. Good massage, terrible location and layout. This is not the spot to let your self go.
